Office Manager – Treatment Coordinator

My name is Lydia, and as a front desk receptionist, I will be the first to meet and greet you. I handle the administrative aspects, including scheduling your first orthodontic consultation and appointments. I will answer questions that may arise during your treatment to the best of my ability. Although, I am new to Kwon Orthodontics, Dr. Kwon has made work a very welcoming environment and with focus on high quality patient care, I will also make sure you feel comfortable throughout your visits.
